This is how it works: The guide/speaker has a transmitter and listeners have a receiver that either fits over the ear (Model C) or hangs around the neck (Model V). The audio from the speaker is transmitted to the listeners ear with a transmission distance of up to 150 meters.

Your ListenUp liaison delivers the devices in a solid carry case to your prearranged meeting spot, which can be a hotel, airport, museum etc. Having an in person liaison on site ensures that both guide and customer understand how to use the audio guide system for added quality control. All devices are delivered fully charged and sanitized for your convenience. Also included are easy to understand instructions, troubleshooting tips, spare receivers, spare transmitter, spare earpieces and USB charging cables as well as a complete list of included items
During your rental you have access to a dedicated helpline for immediate assistance with 24/7 customer support.
At the end of your rental period your ListenUp liaison will collect the box with the devices at a prearranged location, which can again be a hotel, museum, airport etc.

For items shipped nationwide by courier service delivery is guaranteed to arrive the evening before your rental begins. All devices are delivered in a solid carry case and are fully charged and sanitized for your convenience. Also included are easy to understand instructions, troubleshooting tips, spare receivers, spare transmitter, spare earpieces, USB charging cables as well as a complete list of included items and a return shipping label.
During your rental you have access to a dedicated helpline for immediate assistance with 24/7 customer support.
At the end of the rental period the courier will pick up the items from the prearranged address.

Lost devices may be subject to a penalty fee.

While the receivers and transmitters are very reliable, glitches do happen. You will always have a spare transmitter and extra receivers, and if applicable extra earpieces or batteries, included in your delivery. Also enclosed are several troubleshooting tips. In addition, your liaison is available to assist 24/7.
